Seller’s Inspection

One or more of our inspectors will thoroughly evaluate each visible and readily accessible area of your home, compiling their findings into a computer-generated narrative-style report. Our easy-to-read and understand home inspection report will give you the opportunity to have repairs and needed maintenance addressed before the home is shown—whether you opt to have repairs made or simply inform prospective buyers so that there are no misunderstandings that could disrupt successful negotiations.

We will inspect all components as required under ASHI’s Standard of Practice, including:

• Foundation & Crawl Spaces
• Structural Components
• Exterior (doors, windows, siding)
• Interior (doors, windows, floors, walls, ceilings, stairs)
• Garage & Carport
• Driveways & Walkways
• Deck & Patio
• Attic, Insulation, & Ventilation
• Fireplace
• Heating & Cooling Systems
• Plumbing System
• Electrical System
• Built-in Appliances

Buyer’s Inspection

The goal of this inspection service is to help prospective home buyers learn more about the home’s existing condition so that any appropriate actions can be taken prior to a final purchase. Most visible and readily accessible components will be inspected in accordance with ASHI’s Standard of Practice. For pools, spas, and hot tubs, the same conditions as a Seller’s Inspection will apply.
